Air Fill Stations —
Don't Run Out of Air

Knowing where to fill your tank is just as important as the rifle itself. This subforum covers every fill source — what to expect, what to ask, and how to find one near you.

Where to find high-pressure air

Fill Sources for PCP Shooters

Dive Shops

The most reliable source for 4,500 PSI fills. Most dive shops will fill a SCBA or PCP tank for $5–$15. Call ahead — not all will fill non-dive equipment.

Paintball & Airsoft Fields

Many run 4,500 PSI compressors for HPA paintball systems. Ask if they'll fill a 300-bar PCP tank — some will, some won't.

Fire Stations

Some fire stations fill SCBA tanks as a community service or for a small fee. Worth asking locally — results vary by station and region.

Industrial Gas Suppliers

Airgas, AirGas, and regional suppliers carry industrial-grade air and can fill large cylinders. Usually requires a hydro-tested tank with a current certification.

Gun Ranges & Clubs

A growing number of shooting ranges and airgun clubs are adding PCP fill stations. Find local airgun clubs through AirgunRanges.com.

Home Compressor

If you shoot regularly, a home PCP compressor pays for itself fast. See the Pumps & Compressors subforum for recommendations.

Partner resource: AirFillStations.com is being built as a searchable ZIP-code directory of air fill locations nationwide. It's a sister project in the Primary Airgun Network — when it launches, this subforum will link directly to it so members can find and share fill station locations easily.
